Along with providing fast and accurate real estate appraisals, Bardstown Appraisal Co. is proud to offer a full line of enhanced services for local Realtors.

We offer a property measuring service where we will come out and measure your listings to the ANSI standard for measuring single family homes or to the BOMA standard for commercial properties. We then provide you with a full sketch of the property via email, fax or mail. You can then enter the square footage of the property into the MLS or your listing documents with confidence that the property was measured to the current standard and we do all of this while meeting the highest professional standards for courtesy and privacy for you and your customers.

We also offer an additional property photo service for your listings. If you wish, while we measure the property, we will take photos of the property from the exterior (showing all sides of the home) along with an additional number of the interior. These photos will be emailed to you so that you can upload them to the MLS and your website so your buyers can get a feel for the properties that you have listed. We use all high quality digital photography and have wide angle equipment for great interior views of rooms.
